As a small family-run resort, cancellations can have a significant impact. For this reason, we maintain a firm cancellation policy.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking
- Cancellations made 60+ days prior to arrival may be eligible for a date change within the same season, subject to availability
- An administration fee of $75 + HST will apply
- Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable
- If we are able to rebook your cottage for the full original dates, a partial refund may be issued, less applicable fees.
