Do you offer weekend rentals?
Yes, weekend rentals are available.
During peak season, the following cottages are weekly only:
- Sparrow
- Sandpiper
- Pelican
- Finch
- Ivy
- Brookie
- Leo
All other cottages may be available for weekend stays, subject to availability.
What is your rental structure?
We only offer the following rental structure:

Weekly: Checking in the Friday or Monday

Weekend: Friday to Sunday (with the possibility of extending to Monday)

What are your seasonal rates?
Our rates are based on the time of year:
- Low Season: From May Long Weekend to late June, and from after Labour Day through October
- High Season: From late June through Labour Day
When and where do I check-in?
Guests will be able to check-in after 4:00 PM and until 8 PM on the arrival date at the Main Office; please make arrangements prior to date of arrival if you will be arriving after 8 PM.
What time is check-out?
Guests are asked to check-out at 10:00 AM on the departure date.
Sunday check out time: 5 PM
Are the rates up to date and accurate?
Yes, the rates indicated are accurate under each of the cottages/units.
However, for weekend or mid-week rental rates please do contact us directly.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept e-transfers, cash, and Visa & MasterCard.
A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Please note that AMEX and cheques are not accepted.Are you pet friendly?
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, the following guidelines apply:
Pet Approval & Fees
- Pets are permitted in select cottages only and must be approved in advance
- A pet fee per stay will apply of $50 to $75 per stay.
- A maximum of 1–2 pets per cottage is allowed
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in condo units.
Do you have boat docking and launch?
You’re welcome to bring your own boat. Please notify us in advance, as dock space is limited.
Docking fee: $50–$75 per stay (based on boat size).
On-site launching is included for boats docking with us.
Please note: Boats from external rental companies are not permitted, unless pre-approved. Approved rentals must be launched off-site.
How much do you have to deposit and when is the rest due?
An initial deposit of 25%–65% is required at the time of booking, depending on how far in advance the reservation is made.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will try to amend your cottage dates, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit and an administration fee of $75.00, plus HST, subject to our availability, and carry over the remainder of the monies paid for the rest of the season.
Please note that we will require at least 60 days’ notice. If cancellation falls within 60 days, then no refunds shall apply. However, we will attempt to re-rent the cottage for the original dates booked. If successful, the second deposit will be refunded minus any administration fees. However, we will happily forward the entire deposit to a new date without penalty.
NOTE: No refunds will be issued for unused days or early departures, and a 25% deposit is non-refundable
When should I make reservations for a big group and when is deposit required?
With the limited number of available cottages, and to ensure that you have the cottage of your choice, we highly recommend that you book your cottages as soon as possible. The deposit is required in order to confirm the booking of the cottages.
Will your swimming pool be open this year?
Yes, we offer a heated saltwater pool for our guests to enjoy.
It is typically open from the third week of June through mid-September, depending on weather conditions.
Do you have cleaning services?
Daily housekeeping is available upon request.
