Our Policies
As we are a small family resort, cancellations can significantly affect our business; therefore, we have good reasons why we have a strict cancellation policy.
However, suppose you have to cancel your booking at Blue Pigeon Resort. In that case, we will try to amend your cottage dates, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit and an administration fee of $75.00, plus HST, subject to our availability, and carry over the remainder of the monies paid for the rest of the season.
Please note that we will require at least 60 days’ notice to do so. If cancellation falls within 60 days, then no refunds shall apply. However, we will attempt to re-rent the cottage for the entire original dates booked. If successful, the second deposit will be refunded minus any administration fees.
If this pandemic is still of concern and there is a MANDATORY LOCKDOWN, we will carry forward your ENTIRE deposit to a future booking – valid for one year. *** Pricing can be subject to change in this case.
Also, note that no refunds will be issued for unused days or early departures.
