What are the pickup and docking time?
Full-Day: 9 am – 7 pm
Half-Day Rental: 9 am – 1 pm OR 2:30 pm – 6:30 pmPlease note that half days do not apply to Fishing and Pontoon Boats.
Can I take the boat earlier or later than your listed hours?
Arrangements may be made for earlier upon availability for an additional cost, however, we ask that all boats are back and docked by 7 p.m.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend that you book as soon as possible as we have limited number of vessels available and we cannot guarantee availability otherwise.
Are there any other additional fees?
The rental rate is for the boat rental only; renter is responsible for gas usage as well as a security deposit as a pre-authorized hold on their credit card.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required and will be released in full upon the inspection of the returned boat and there are no reported damages.
In the case of damage, no funds are released until there is a final damage quote.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require at least a 48-hour notice for all cancellations. Our rental day starts at 9 am. If a booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice, the non-refundable booking deposit will be kept and transferred to a future rental invoice. If no notice is provided or provided less than 48 hours before the rental start date, the lessee will not be refunded their booking deposit.
The booking policy applies despite any weather conditions and in the case of unsafe weather conditions, Blue Pigeon Resort reserves the right to refuse the rental because we feel it is unsafe to be out on the water. The rental may be rescheduled.
There are no negotiations regarding the booking and cancellation policy.
How can I book a boat?
You can contact us via email, info@bluepigeonresort.com, or call us directly at 647-330-2844 to verify the availability of our vessels. Booking must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time.
What if the boat is excessively dirty when we return it?
We ask that vessels are returned in the same condition as it was given at the beginning of the rental period. In the case where vessels are returned deemed to be muddy, dirty or with garbage will be subject to additional cleaning charges which will be deducted from your security deposit.

Yes, we do allow smaller or service dogs on our boats. Please take note that you are fully responsible for their behavior and any damage that they may cause.
Do I have to bring my own life jackets?
No, all the legally required safety equipment is included in your rental, including life vests to fit everyone that will be on board with you. Any items missing or unreturned will be deducted from your security deposit.
Is alcohol permitted on the boats?
There will be absolutely no alcohol allowed on any of the boats.
If nobody in our party has a boat operator’s license, how do I get one?
